Janon has been involved for over 30 years in leadership development, specializing in management coaching since 2007. She has an excellent understanding of corporate environments and is well acquainted with the challenges and constraints faced by business leaders. Her flexible personalized approach encourages leaders to learn to optimize their impact. All of her clients have praised her enthusiasm and unconditional commitment.
Janon has 20 years of experience as Director and Director General of Human Resources and Customer Service in large Canadian organizations (manufacturing, telecommunications, banking). From 1997 to 2009, while living in Vancouver, she was co-owner/operator of a technical services company that acquired a first-class reputation in its specific market. In all the positions she has held, she has preferred her leaders' development responsibilities, and this is what led her to become a coach. As well as coaching executives and entrepreneurs in a variety of organizations, Janon has been a career coach for MBA students at McGill University and has worked as mentor, group coach and executive coach with the Women’s Enterprise Centre, the Minerva Foundation in Vancouver and with Vantage Point.
