Gisele wants her clients to succeed. With more than 20 years in the corporate environment, she fully understands the challenges leaders face at work. More importantly, she recognizes how hard they work at creating the right environment for their teams to innovate and excel in. Prior to coaching, Gisele held leadership positions in Human Resources in large organizations, operating globally. As such she led HR through startups, acquisitions and divestitures, offshoring and numerous restructuring efforts, leading the talent development strategy to comprise succession planning. As Executive Coach she works mostly with leadership teams and their direct reports.

Gisele is a Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and a member of the Executive Committee of the ICF Quebec Chapter’s Board of Directors, as well as a member of l’Ordre des Professionnels en Ressources Humaines. She works in both French and English.
Education and Training
Gisèle completed her Executive Coaching program at Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia and the Team Effectiveness Program at Concordia University, in Montreal. She holds a graduate degree in Labor relations from l’Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
