André Camiré has honed his expertise in the fields of organizational change and leadership development over the past 30 years.
What sets André apart is his unique way of acknowledging the person, establishing a trusting relationship and adapting his approach to the leader’s learning style. André’s approach compels the leader to develop a lucid perception of his position and empowers the person to actualize a leadership based on his own strengths.
André provides the leader with a “safe” opportunity to reflect on how his visions, emotions and behaviours are connected and to evaluate the possibility of change.
André first worked as an external consultant, both in Canada and abroad on projects involving organizational diagnostics, mission clarification and management team building in many private and public sector organizations.
André subsequently worked in a variety of human resources management positions within large corporations in the retail and aeronautics industries.
In 2004, André opened his own executive coaching firm and he has provided personalized support services to hundreds of leaders seeking help in adapting to their new management role or wishing to develop their leadership skills.
