GROUP COACHING (6 x 0.5 day)
- Enhances receptivity to others’ perspectives.
- Provides peer validation of action strategies.
SUPERVISOR SUPPORT (1 x 1 hour with coach)
- Encourages supervisors to commit to a partnership relationship.
- Invites feedback to managers on a regular basis.
KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER (during the program)
- Offers an opportunity to implement management practices related to each of the program’s themes.
